When they entrusted us with a full renovation, we embraced the opportunity to reimagine their space. Every detail was updated—from flooring to window casings, lighting, and tile—nothing was left untouched. While the finishes revitalized the architecture, it’s the curated furnishings, luxurious rugs, and layered textiles that truly turned this house into a home. Our clients' Spanish-style home originally featured a French-country kitchen that didn’t align with the rest of the house. We transformed the space to reflect its true Spanish character, incorporating custom arched cabinets and a neutral color palette for a timeless look that complements the overall aesthetic. The original hexagon Saltillo floor tiles, a signature feature, were preserved to maintain the home's authenticity. By honoring the history and architecture, we created a unique space that feels both architecturally cohesive and personally meaningful. This project holds a special place in my heart—it’s my own family home. We began building in a “track home” neighborhood back in 2017, where the selection options were limited.
