Park Grove Remodel: Laundry + Powder Bath

We are wrapping up on our Park Grove Remodel project today with the final two rooms. The laundry room cabinets were in good condition so we gave them a fresh coat of paint instead of replacing them. This green color has been a favorite of ours for a while so we were thrilled to finally use it! We upgraded their current hanging rod for this custom black one. We added a natural wood shelf above the rod to make it feel more purposeful while also giving extra storage to the space. By extending the backsplash all the way to the ceiling the pattern draws your eyes up, accentuating the tall ceilings.

A powder bath is a perfect place to splurge or source something a little more dramatic or fun. We selected this cement tile with the geometric star pattern to add more playfulness to the room and paired it with a wood vanity to warm it up. The layered art adds balance to the wall and is the perfect finishing touch.

Hallway

This portion of the home is a hallway off the master suit and powder bath. Before the project the client left this spot bare, and we thought it was the perfect little spot for a little vignette. By adding a lamp on the cabinet it brought additional light to a dark hallway plus storage for games and other nick nacks.
