7th Avenue Project Reveal: Entry + Great Room (Copy)

We are so excited to reveal the first glimpse of our 7th Avenue Project! This beautiful family home had just undergone a full renovation when we came into the project, and we were instantly inspired by the modern Spanish vibes it gave us. Our clients reached out to us to select all the furnishings and window treatments for the project, to help them turn the blank slate into a welcoming and comfortable family home.

Today, we are sharing the finished entry way and great room. When we began this project, the homeowners had a few pieces of art that they wanted to keep and incorporate into the new design. We picked a couple large pieces for these two rooms and built the color story around them. We love when our clients ask us to incorporate art that they’ve collected over the years; it adds a level of personality that is difficult to replicate.

In the entryway, we opted for a round table that will display seasonal greenery and, realistically, catch keys. Even in such a small space, we were able to create a layered look with the textured rug, wooden table, and metal and ceramic accents. We carried that thought through the space to the sitting area with a metal bench, patterned pillows, and a large plant. The aforementioned artwork found the perfect home hanging above.
